-21 DB Snatch 50/35
-9 Burpee to 6" Target
-7 Strict Pullups

This workout should be right below your redline. Scale the DB weight and the number of pullups to stay unbroken the whole time and minimize rest between movements.


1515 Gymnastics will be working on basic handstand, ring, and bar progressions. If you haven't gotten your name on the board yet, there are a few spots left! Get that skill work in before the Open starts!
