CFBG is proud to announce that we are now offering 1515 classes on Tuesday and Thursday! These 45 minute sessions will focus on higher level skills that normally can't be covered in-depth in the class WOD environment. They will be focused mainly on drills, accessories, and positioning work as well as a small skill-specific workout towards the end of the session. Tuesdays will be focused on olympic lifting (snatch, c&j) while Thursdays will be primarily gymnastics based (muscle ups, handstand walks, HSPU, etc.) Sign ups will go on the board outside the box, limited to 8 spots, and will follow the same sign-up process as the 1600 class. **Only 100 Double Unders performed per 5 min period. Once 100 are completed, cycle between FS and BBJO until 5 minutes is up**
