Welcome to Crossfit Blue and Gold! This blog will be a common place to find information about the gym, workout ideas, scheduling, gym updates, and anything else you might need to know about what's happening in our corner of Mac D.

In 2018 we are focusing on making the class experience smoother and more efficient for everyone. To start, we will be posting the next day's workout here on the blog at 2000 every night. We'll be sourcing our workouts mainly from Comptrain, along with workouts from Linchpin and of course, crossfit.com. They'll all be tagged under the WOD tab in the left hand column, so you can go back and refer to them whenever you need a good workout idea.

As always, signups will go on the board outside Court 9 - sign up the night before for the 0530, and come by the morning of to sign up for the 1600.
