Welcome back "warriors." I'm not going to all of you for not coming to crossfit this past week but wow I coached a three person 1600 class. Y'all better have slayed this PRT for taking much time off but I digress. 

Strength Bias for the rest of the month- it's time to get strong. 

DEADLIFT
Weight goes up as reps go down. 
8 Reps @ 50 %
6 @ 60
5@75
3@80
3@80
3@80

Rest 2 minutes between sets. 

Skill
1 Minute of Doubleunders. 

WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
9 Axle Bar Deadlifts, 160/110 lbs 12 Toes-to-bars

Double overhand on the Deadlift. Lower every rep slower than you lift it. 5 burpee penalty for letting the bar drop.
