    Then...
    Handstand Work for 7 Minutes.

Then...

3.)Partner- Complete as many rounds as possible in 26 mins of:
Run, 200 m (Together) 16 Axle Bar Power Cleans, 110/70 lbs 8 Toes-to-bars (Together)

Don’t drop the axle bar. 5 burpee penalty for dropping it. Both of you.
