Coaches have class work on bar and muscle up progressions.

AMRAP 15 MINS: Kettlebell FARMERS CARRIES, DUMBBELL FRONT RACK BOX STEP-UPS AND BURPEES 


Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of: Kettlebell Farmers Suitcase Carry, 53/32 lbs, 100 m 12 Kettlebell Box Step-ups, 53/32 lbs, 20 in
12 Kettlebell Swings
8 Burpees

Coach G- The workout is done with one kettlebell. The kettle must be kept at your side for the carry and the step ups. Swings are as usual. Be smart about how you use your grip, that will probably burn out first.
