Take 10-15 minutes to focus on handstand work only. Goal is to walk 10m or static hold 20 seconds.

AMRAP 25 MINS: 400 M, POWER SNATCHES AND SUMO DEADLIFT HIGH-PULLS 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of: Run, 400 m 30 Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs 30 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 95/65 lbs


Do the run together with your partner. Share reps on the barbell, one person working at a time.
