EMOM:CLEAN AND JERK
Every minute on the minutes for 7 minutes perform two Clean and Jerks. Go up in weight each minutes.
( Note- Think about what finishing weight you want and work backwards. As well as if you want to make 5lb or 10lb jumps each round.)
5 RFT: DOUBLE UNDERS, TOES-TO-BARS AND FRONT RACK LUNGE
5 rounds for time of: 60 Double Unders 20 Toes-to-bars 20 Front Rack Lunges, 135/95 lbs
