AMREPS 5 MINS: POWER CLEANS AND JERKS
As many reps as possible in 5 mins of: Power Clean, 65/45 lbs Jerk, 65/45 lbs
CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN 11.3
As many reps in 5 mins as you can of: Squat Clean, 165/110 lbs Jerk, 165/110 lbs You must complete the squat clean before moving on to the jerk and you must complete the jerk before moving on to the next squat clean. If you miss a jerk you may power clean the bar to set up your jerk attempt.
THEN

*Do this 3 minutes after the first workout*
Coach G- THROWBACK, lets see what you got. Singles all the way. Pick it up and drop it., listen to the coach and be careful with your form. No you won't be sore for the PRT and even if you are then good I don't care. If you fail go to BTT and pass it the next day because you do Crossfit and you're an Animal. Work on your double unders for three minutes if you can't do them, Those of you who can better spin that cable.
