4 rounds for time of: 24 Dumbbell Snatches, 40/30 lbs 12 Handstand Push-ups


Coach G- Easy day, 4rds and done. looking at 12 each arm for the snatch and 8 single arm push press per round. The shoulders will be boulders by the end of this but I wouldn't try to pace yourself just go hard. If you are still trying to work on handstands maybe substitute one handstand per two push press eg, 4 HSPUs and 8 Push press total for a round. I hope my math is right- get better and get after it.
