1. Wrist stretches- forward and backward

2. Hold 3x Max Hold Rest as needed between efforts.
Sub: Hold a 95/65# barbell overhead (use a rack).

3. Finger Presses off wall- 20x2

4. Wall facing Handstand March 10x3


AMRAP 20 MINS: POWER SNATCHES, STRICT PULL-UPS AND 200 M 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of: 12 Power Snatches, 135/95 lbs 6 Strict Pull-ups Run, 200 m
