1. Wrist stretches- forward and backward
2. Hold 3x Max Hold
Rest as needed between efforts.
Sub: Hold a 95/65# barbell overhead (use a rack).
3. Finger Presses off wall- 20x2
4. Wall facing Handstand March 10x3
