AMRAP 16 MINS: HANG POWER CLEANS, PUSH PRESS, DOUBLE UNDERS, and run

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 mins of: 15 Hang Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs 15 Push Press, 135/95 lbs 50 Double Unders

Check i it out, some heavy squats so activate that butt and put some weight on the bar. We got a 16 min AMRAP which is decently long. You're going to spend a lot of time at the barbell so be smart and efficient about how you break that up. Have fun, have the coaches help you scale. Try the Double unders PLEASE.
