Coach G- Chipper... Gotta love them. Attack the movements hard and get them over with. You will not be coming back to the movement so just get 'er done. The only thing about chippers is that the reps are usually a little on the high end so maintain proper form and if you are going to rest, make it quick. Your main rest should be between movements. Have fun with this one.
