Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 mins of: 12 Dumbbell Reverse Lunges, 30/20 lbs 30 Double Unders 12 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans, 30/20 lbs 10 Burpees

Coach G's Notes- By now I hope y'all understand how this works so I'm not going to put Elements, Fitness, or Advanced anymore. But for those who actually read these I thank you. So we got a 16 min As Many Rounds As Possible coming at you live from CFGB. Not thst long of a WOD still around medium length so look out for your shoulders and grip on those first three movements. Get through those burpess and grab those dumbbells. You can recover as you lunge don't think you can't.
