Coach G's Notes- Let's get down and dirty. Two movements, 12 mins. Say good bye to your calves for the weekend while you still have the chance. Alright push press isn't too heavy so I suggest catching your breath before picking up the bar and hit that unbroken. You don't want to have to clean that twice even if it is light. Just do it, yesterday you said today, so just do it. Box jumps- make them steady and consistent. Pretty straight forward WOD some of you who are on the lighter side should be reppin these movements and those who got mass to move I salute you.
