Take 20 minutes to practice whatever skill you struggle with. Good things to practice would be:
-Kipping (Pullups and Toes To Bar)
-Double Unders
-Overhead Squats
-Wallballs
-Handstand Pushups


Metcon:

- 15 Box Jump 30/24
- 400m Run


2 min each (10 min total)

Pigeon (2 min each leg)
Puppy Dog
Seal or Sphinx
Standing Straddle
