Take 20 minutes to practice whatever skill you need to before the Open. Good things to practice would be:
-Kipping (Pullups and Toes To Bar)
-Double Unders
-Overhead Squats
-Wallballs
-Handstand Pushups

- Double Unders
- Situps
2 min each (10 min total)
Pigeon (2 min each leg)
Puppy Dog
Seal or Sphinx
Standing Straddle
