- 10 Pushups
- 15 Air Squat

OR

Mary
AMRAP 20:
- 5 HSPU
- 10 Pistol Squat (5 ea.)
- 15 Pullups

Keep track of your rounds!! These are benchmark workouts!

Today you can pick whichever of these you see fit for your skills/goals. 
If you choose Cindy it will hurt. It's a classic test for a reason.
If you choose Mary, it will be more skill-y and it will test your pullup capacity tremendously.
