2.Snatch Work- Empty barbell as follows...
3 of each rep, all snatch grip.
-Dead lift
-High Pull
-Muscle 
-Behind head Push Press
-Snatch Balance
-Hand Snatch

Strength
EMOM- 2 Reps
Power Snatch, pick load stay constant.

WOD
Chipper- in no particular order *see notes*
60 Air Squats
40 Pull Ups
20 Burpees
40 Wall Balls
60 Push Ups

Athletes can pick any movement throughout the list. Once that movement has started, athlete must finish required reps before picking next movement. Strongly suggest whiteboard usage for athletes to keep track of WOD.
