Coach G- Notes are back by popular demand of three people! LEETTSSS GOOO! Alright hero WOD coming at you, I think it's important to do these every now and then because these WODs have just a little bit more meaning to them. So seven rounds for time is up there, and with 15 as the rep scheme its going to be (if done solo) around 20 minutes so pace your self. Watch your grip on the KB swings, set your back for the cleans, and get a nice rebound for box jumps. If you don't know what that is ask a coach this would be a good time to practice. Have fun and remember why we are here.
