Gymnastics Accessory:
AMRAP 6
Max Sets of 5 Unbroken HSPU
Pick a number of reps that you can hit unbroken for the full 6 minutes. If that's 3, 4, or 1 that's ok. Most important thing is consistency.
Interval:
6 Rounds
- 4 Strict Pullups
- 8 Toes to Bar
- 12 Single Arm DB OHS 70/50
- Rest 1 minute
Switch arms after each round.
Can use KB if not enough DB's.
Kip the TTB.
