"Goat" is Crossfit slang for movements or skills that you struggle with. Choose two movements that you are not comfortable with and spend the duration of the workout alternating between them. Choose a rep scheme that allows you to practice in a controlled environment, rather than train at a high heart rate like we usually do in classes.

Some suggestions (non-exhaustive, pick any two movements you don't want to see pop up tonight at the announcement):

Double Unders
Bar/Ring Muscle Ups
Handstand Pushups
Cleans/Thrusters/Snatches
New BF Burpee Standard
