On a 25:00 running clock...

For Time (15 min cap)

- 20 Thrusters (95/65)
- 20 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls 
- 20 Push Jerks 
- 20 Overhead Squats 
- 20 Front Squats 
  • 4 Burpees at the top of each minute.
At 15:00, take 10 minutes to find a 2RM power clean (drop and reset)


This workout intentionally puts the max effort lift after the metcon. A similar pattern was in the Open in 2015, we may see it again this year...
